On 1st June 2015 in Boston, MA, USA. Dr Garg was credited with the invention of this new operating procedure. This is the next generation of operations to cure the highly complex Fistula-in-ano.
Another presentation was delivered by Dr Garg on the management of Supralevator Fistula via the PERFACT procedure. Dr Garg’s PERFACT procedure is a pioneering methodology that has proven to be highly effective in high supralevator fistula-in-ano.

These are the up-to-date and next-generation procedures to cure simple & complex and highly Pilonidal sinus.
In the LOCULA procedure for the Pilonidal sinus, the patient doesn’t need to get hospitalized and the patient can continue his work on the same day. The wound is very small and the pain is slight. The reappearance rate of this process is also less than the conventional surgeries.

The success rate (cure rate) of this procedure is higher than newer methods like MAFT or VAAFT (Video Assisted Anal Fistula Treatment), LIFT (Ligation of the inter-sphincteric fistula tract), Anal Fistula PLUG, or GLUE.

Invented GARG TROPIS Procedure- A new minimally invasive method to treat complex Anal Fistulas

Dr Garg invented the newest Fistula painless surgery for the treatment of complex Anal Fistulas. The TROPIS technique is a chief development for Fistula treatment that involves minimal cuts and pain.
